Am I able to change my move date and/or time?
If you need to change your move date and/or start time before you booked your move you can simply login to your account page and do so, if you already booked your job please call our office or send us a message with your request.
Keep in mind that price may change when rescheduling the date as all rates are based on availability
Do I have to pay for the travel time?
Our transparent pricing includes all fee’s for travel . Nothing is hidden when you use Stretch Ur Dollar Moving .
Do you provide packing services?

Whether we pack the entire house or help with just a few items, our professional methods will save time, materials, space and will also minimize any possibility of damage during transit.
Is the price based on the hours?
At Stretch UR Dollar Moving, we understand that moving can be stressful, and one of the biggest concerns is often the cost. That’s why we’ve developed a transparent and straightforward pricing model that is not based on hourly rates, but on a point system. This approach ensures that you know exactly what you’re paying for, without any surprises or hidden fees.
How Our Point-Based Pricing Works:
- Base Rate: Our services start with a base rate that includes a certain number of points. For example, our base rate for moving services might be $300, which includes 20 points.
- Points for Items: Each item you need to move is assigned a specific number of points based on its size and complexity. For instance, a sofa might be 8 points, while a small box might be 1 point.
- Calculating Your Cost: To determine your total cost, we add up the points for all your items. If the total points exceed the base rate points, we charge a set amount for each additional point. For example, if you have 30 points worth of items and our base rate includes 20 points, you would pay for the additional 10 points at our per-point rate.
- No Hourly Charges: Unlike traditional hourly-based moving services, our point-based system means you’re not paying for the time it takes to move. Whether the move takes longer than expected due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, your price remains based on the points, not the hours.
- Transparency and Fairness: This pricing model ensures transparency and fairness. You’ll know the cost upfront, based on your inventory, and there are no hidden fees or charges based on time.

When should I pay for the move?
There is a deposit of $100.00 required on all local moves and a $300.00 deposit on any long distance move. All service charges on a local move can be paid upon the completion of the job. Payments for long distance move has to be performed prior to the actual unload of your shipment at your destination.
Will you load/unload my truck, pods, etc.?
It’ s our mission to move your belongings safely and securely. To ensure your items are moved unharmed, we carefully pad and shrink wrap them. We take great pride in your furnishings and will treat them as if they are our own.
